My own path has been shaped by a deep curiosity about rest, awareness, and the subtle ways the body and mind respond when they feel safe. Through my training in Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and meditation, I’ve learned that true relaxation is not something we force — it’s something we allow.
In my sessions, I focus on presence rather than performance. There is no need to “do” anything, no expectations to meet, and no right or wrong way to experience the practice. Each session is guided with sensitivity, respect, and attunement to your individual needs in that moment.
